Refund Policy

  1. An administrative fee of $25.00 will be charged on approved refunds.
  2. Requests received from start of the Greater Fort Erie Youth Soccer Club season between the  first week of play to the end of the 2nd week of play will be entitled to a 100% refund, (less administration charge of $25.00) with the return of the full uniform, regardless of number of games/practices attended.
  3. Requests received after the 2nd week of play, will not be entitled to a refund.
  4. Any late fee that has been incurred due to late registration is non-refundable and excluded from the request for refund.
  5. All refund requests must be made via email to administrator@forteriesoccer.com. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. 
  6. Request for refunds should be submitted as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the parent / guardian / player. The Club will not be responsible for requests that are submitted late.
  7. The refund entitlement will be based on the date the request is received.
